Recruitment Consultant, paying £26,000 plus uncapped commission OTE £30,000 to £34,000, company laptop & mobile phone, based at Elmbridge Court, Gloucester, working Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 & 08:30 to 17:30, free on-site parking, break area, free hot drinks, access to a company car after successful probation period, fully supported company training program & clear progression pathway.

What will you be doing?
As a recruitment consultant at Pertemps you will have an engaging communication style to build enduring relationships with our clients, candidates, and colleagues to match people to temporary and permanent jobs, providing expert support and advice, ensuring that the best possible service is always delivered.
The role requires an enthusiastic and proactive outlook with excellent communication and negotiation skills, providing tactical and strategic solutions on service delivery.
The role is to deliver consultative support for services to our candidates and clients including but not limited to the recruitment cycle, legislative compliance, contract governance, worker care, payroll, pre-employment screening and reporting - driving continuous improvement to maximise on existing and new opportunities.
