As a 360 recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and identify new business through visits and calls.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. No recruitment experience is needed we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identifyandwin new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
