The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment desk, focused on placing skilled professionals across the aviation industry. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, requiring a proactive and entrepreneurial individual who can manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines. You’ll be working with a global client base, with a primary focus on the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients within the aviation industry
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of permanent roles (engineering, operations, technical, executive, etc.)
  • Write compelling job adverts and market roles across multiple platforms
  • Negotiate offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process
  • Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs and revenue targets
  • Stay up to date with aviation industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within aviation, IT or technical sectors but not essential.
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Confident in candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Proven billings
  • A second European language is a plus, but not essential
