Due to increasing client demand and expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team of a global executive search organisation. Through a supported coaching, mentoring, and training programme, you will gain first-hand experience of engaging with senior-level candidates operating across the world and be working with some of the largest, most prestigious, forward-thinking, and innovative brands in automotive and mobility.

As Recruitment Consultant you will:

1. Assist with the delivery of executive search and market research assignments.
2. Be at the front-face of the company, delivering a personable and highly professional service to candidates and clients.
3. Conduct initial research into target organisations and industry sectors, maintaining and making use of databases and other online tools.
4. Attend briefing calls and meetings alongside other members of the executive search team and lead consultants.

1. Competency in using the Microsoft suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
2. Excellent customer service and people skills.
3. Aptitude to fully understand a client’s brief and instruction.
4. Resilient to pressure, able to work at pace, and capable of multitasking.
5. Passionate about learning and contributing to a well-performing business.

This is an office-based position working in the Kings Somborne area of Hampshire with free parking. In return, you will receive a salary from £24,000 pa negotiable based on experience plus a competitive bonus structure.
