Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time or 4 Days per week

Location: Portishead Hybrid 2-3 days in-office

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + 25% Commission

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Finding and matching talent with exciting opportunities.
  2. Building awesome relationships with both clients and candidates.
  3. Writing engaging job adverts and posting them on job boards and LinkedIn.
  4. Channelling your inner detective to find candidates, reaching out via LinkedIn, email and telephone.
  5. Managing the full recruitment process—from initial sourcing to placements.
  6. Completing candidate compliance checks to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met.
  7. Negotiating offers and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
  8. Developing and growing a strong client base by identifying new opportunities and ensuring existing clients are well looked after.
  9. Collaborating with the team to try new things and improve processes.
What You'll Need
  1. Recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  2. A self-motivated, proactive mindset, with hunger and drive to succeed.
  3. Great people skills and a knack for building relationships.
  4. The ability to work independently while being a team player.
