Recruitment Consultant - Didcot

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:00 (16:30 finish on Fridays)

Our Didcot branch is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally with experience in the Industrial sector, but all Blue-Collar sectors are advantageous. We seek a well-organised, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys building mutually beneficial client relationships, providing first-class service, and matching the right candidates to the right clients.

Your Role:

1. Specialise in recruiting Industrial positions locally
2. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, delivering excellent service to clients and candidates
3. Engage in daily sales activities to support branch growth
4. Build strong client relationships and tailor staffing solutions
5. Operate effectively within the fast-paced temporary recruitment environment
6. Contribute to the strategic growth of Pertemps Didcot in the industrial sector

Skills & Experience:

• Sales experience, preferably in recruitment
• Well-organised with good computer skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident in meeting clients and selling both over the phone and in person
• UK driving licence required
