Job Description:
Resourcing of candidates using a number of methods including job board searching, attraction of applications through well-targeted adverts, and head-hunting through LinkedIn
Servicing temporary and permanent vacancies with an established database of clients
Existing and potential client business development
Responsible for generating new business while managing the client's expectations
Identifying sales opportunities and thinking outside the box to provide recruitment solutions for clients
Interviewing candidates and advising on career guidance as well as coaching, CV, and interview preparation
Working in a fast-paced environment where speed of response is critical
Ownership of key accounts and managing all aspects of the job right through to closing the vacancy
Recording all necessary communication and details on a candidate management system
Person Specification:
Essential to have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within Recruitment or HR
Essential to be qualified to A level standard or equivalent
Proven sales generation record
Strong business development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and work independently
