What You'll Be Doing

1. Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
2. Developing and maintaining your own portfolio of clients
3. Sourcing, interviewing and placing top-tier candidates
4. Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
5. Driving business development and hitting targets with confidence

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
2. A strong track record of billing success
3. A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
4. Confident, resilient, and driven to exceed expectations
5. Ready to commit to a full-time role (Monday-Friday, with a 40-hour week between the hours of 07:00-18:00 flex)
