Role Overview

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, confidently communicate with clients and C-level candidates, and be an expert in Boolean searching to find hidden talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss new vacancies with clients, propose, and agree on delivery plans
• Manage retainers and exclusive roles from start to finish
• Source hard-to-find candidates using creative techniques
• Market job vacancies across various platforms
• Conduct consultative interviews with C-level candidates, prioritizing their and clients' best interests
• Prepare and present recruitment projects to clients, demonstrating value addition
• Arrange and prepare candidates for interviews
• Sell our services to new and existing clients and build lasting relationships with candidates (who may become decision-makers)

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Confidence in sourcing candidates at all levels
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Valid driving license and own vehicle due to remote client locations
• Personality traits: consultative, creative, forward-thinking, diligent, and most importantly, integrity
