EU Contracts Recruitment Consultant

Matthew Tucker, European Contracts Director, boasts ten years of recruitment experience within Barrington James, progressing from consultant to his current position on the board. He was awarded ‘Sales Person of the Year’ in year one and has qualified for our most prestigious incentive: ‘High Rollers’ 7 out of 8 times. Matthew has developed numerous £500K+ billers, managers, directors, and award-winners in the business and is now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join his function.

The European Contracts division consistently delivers on vacancies requiring senior and niche advisors for cutting-edge pharmaceutical trials and projects. This is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial role that rewards hard work with high fees.

Expectations

  • 12+ months in recruitment or proactive sales
  • Confidence to operate in a high-caliber industry
  • Target driven and self-motivated
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient mathematical skills
  • Eloquent phone manner

Role Responsibilities

  • Sourcing high-caliber, niche candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Developing business with emerging niche companies
