• Write and post compelling job adverts that attract qualified candidates
• Screen CVs and conduct initial outreach to assess suitability and interest
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and nurture pipelines for priority roles and future hiring needs
• Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress
