We are looking to speak with candidates with a strong background in delivering a customer-focused and negotiation-driven service, who can show a high level of determination and resilience to succeed within their dedicated markets.

About Conrad Consulting

Consultants in their first year can expect to earn on average £7,000 - £10,000 commission (on top of their basic salary); in their second year, this can go up to £15,000 - £25,000, and for the more motivated consultants, this has been seen to go up to £40,000.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, building relationships and being involved with each stage of the decision-making processes, whilst advising your candidates with your expert knowledge. This consultancy environment is very much "you get out what you put in", so if you're committed and hard-working, you will quickly see results, and with us, the potential is limitless.
