What you'll do:

• Be given the training and development to operate as a 360-degree consultant
• You will be treated as an adult, and given the chance to stamp your mark on the sector
• Collaborate with clients to understand their current / future / long-range hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Utilise the strong platforms and job boards we invest heavily in (that most don't!) that ensure you attract the right talent pool.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
• Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Integrate yourself with a large number of established clients, locally and farther afield.
