To support our continuing growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant with experience in:

• Leading candidate sourcing and selection across the social care sector using various social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
• Managing end-to-end sourcing and placement relationships with clients and candidates

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience working in a recruitment environment, ideally within the social care, health, or education sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business development and relationship management
• Excellent understanding of recruitment cycles, compliance requirements, and candidate sourcing strategies
• Skilled in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms to attract high-quality candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with clients and candidates
• Results-driven with a clear focus on achieving placement targets and delivering exceptional service
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively
