Recruitment Consultant - Commercial Desk
Central Cardiff | Temp & Perm Desk | Salary DOE + Commission

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in located in central Cardiff specialising in commercial roles across both temporary and permanent supporting clients across South Wales.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter looking for a move or if you a looking to start a career in recruitment/sales we would like to hear from you.

The Role:

• Manage and develop covering commercial temporary and permanent vacancies
• Build strong relationships with local businesses across South Wales
• Source, screen, and place candidates across roles such as admin, customer service, finance, sales, HR, and more
• Drive new business development while managing existing clients accounts.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment (any sector) or strong B2B sales background or university graduate.
• A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Area and market knowledge is a plus
