Multistaff are looking for a passionate individual with experience to join our dynamic team as an Experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant. Based in Bromsgrove, we’ve earned a reputation for delivering excellence, and now you can be part of this success story!

Work-Life Balance Working Week:

Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 to 17:00) with no weekend work required.

Multistaff Comprehensive Training Program:
While you bring experience to the role, our tailored ongoing training ensures you’re equipped with the latest industry insights, helping you continue to grow and succeed. You will be working closely with the Senior Consultant and Branch Manager, getting one-to-one support as you settle into the role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
2. Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates that are and must remain valued
3. Multitask and prioritise daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
4. Identify top driving talent for our clients
5. Collaborate for success
6. Interview and assess candidates
7. Work with your team to meet and exceed targets
8. Confidently handle tele sales
9. Manage and retain drivers/build relationships with professional drivers
10. Handle on-call duties (after training)

What We’re Looking for As a Must:

1. Minimum 18 months of experience in recruitment sales
2. Knowledge of EU driving hours & Working Time Directive (WTD)
3. Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, etc.)
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Communication superstars – strong written and verbal skills
6. Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and drivers
7. A team player with a can-do attitude
8. Full driving licence
9. Self-driven and motivated to grow in a dynamic environment

Desirable but not essential:

1. Tech-savvy with a good mid to expert understanding of MS packages and Outlook
