You Will Be:

• Managing a range of client recruitment requirements.
• Attending client meetings and business networking events.
• Meeting and interviewing new candidates to represent within your market.
• Telephone and face to face sales - introducing our services and your candidates to a range of clients.
• Managing advertising and creating new candidate attractive campaigns.

You Will Need:

• Self-motivation and determination.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• High levels of energy.
• The ability to be a team player.
• Experience of recruitment or sales would be an advantage but not essential.
• An established database of candidates and clients.
• Access to the latest in recruitment technologies including our own CRM system, job boards and social media platforms.
