This exciting and busy role will involve many key responsibilities, these include:

1. Generating business leads through calls, video calls, email and networking.
2. Building relationships with candidates, developing your network and talent pool.
3. Learning about your sector, becoming a specialist for your network.
4. Generating talent through job boards and social media channels.
5. Holding virtual and face-to-face client meetings and candidate interviews.
