• Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants, Senior Recruitment Consultants, or Principal Recruitment Consultants.
  
• Specialists in Software, Product Development, Data, Analytics, Quality Assurance, or other IT verticals.
  
• Professionals with a strong business development mindset and at least 2 years of 360 recruitment experience.
  
• Individuals open to transitioning into IT recruitment from other sectors, with support provided to bridge knowledge gaps.

• Utilise negotiation and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  
• Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset.
  
• Implement strategies to expand client services in temporary/contract or permanent recruitment.
  
• Target new business opportunities to drive strategic growth and profit maximisation.
  
• Collaborate with teams to identify broader business opportunities.
  
• Engage in business development activities, focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition.
  
• Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
