Job summary

Prime Personnel Solutions Ltd is building a team of motivated recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment in logistics and related sectors. You will own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through to placement while developing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

This is a true 360 role with a focus on both BD and delivery, offering a competitive base salary and strong earning potential as the company grows with you.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Logistics Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle. This is a true 360 role where you will be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (logistics or engineering sector preferred)
• Strong business development skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
