Job description

Pertemps Recruitment are the largest independent recruitment consultancy in the UK and for the last 18 years have been in the 'Top 100 Companies To Work For'.

We are looking to recruit a recruitment sales consultant to join our successful Birmingham office.

We're in a period of growth and we want an enthusiastic sales person to sell our recruitment service to businesses and to make sure we are maximising opportunities in the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities:
  1. Account management of an existing client base to ensure we provide the best recruitment service.
  2. Business Development over the phone and face to face across Birmingham - getting the Pertemps name out there and ultimately converting prospects to clients.
  3. Management of margins and ensuring new business won is sufficiently profitable.
  4. Assisting with the recruitment and coordination of a temporary workforce to fill temporary bookings/vacancies.
  5. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of margins.
  6. Business acumen and an ability to identify business opportunities.
  7. Determined and disciplined to carry out sales activity on a daily basis.
  8. Sales / telesales / telemarketing / field sales / business development experience (ideally B2B).
  9. A strong relationship builder.
  10. The ability to multitask and strong coordination skills.

Salary is dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of £35k-40k pa.
