Recruitment Consultant – Special Educational Needs (SEND) Desk
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £37,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do as a Recruitment Consultant on our SEND Desk?

1. Manage an existing, well-established desk with strong client relationships.
2. Work closely with SEND schools and provisions, understanding their specific staffing needs.
3. Source and place specialist staff, including SEND teachers, teaching assistants, and support workers.
4. Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are upheld to protect vulnerable children.
5. Develop new client relationships while maintaining strong partnerships with existing schools.
6. Deliver outstanding service to candidates and clients alike, focusing on long-term impact.
