Fawkes & Reece, a recruitment agency specializing in the construction industry, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Birmingham office. The role offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment focused on sourcing and attracting top talent for clients. We value independence and provide support and guidance for those with less experience to help them thrive and develop skills.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo industry-related and recruitment-specific training tailored to your level of entry. This training will equip you to identify, engage, and assess potential candidates, and to utilise sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
  • Managing clients and candidates through the recruitment process from initial interview to job offer and placement
  • Ensuring high standards of service delivery in line with company standards
  • Conducting initial screenings and assessing candidate suitability
  • Coordinating interviews with clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients to enable successful placements
Qualifications & Training

Training will be provided, tailored to your entry level. You will learn how to identify, engage, and assess candidates, and to utilise various sourcing techniques. The role is suitable for individuals at various experience levels, with ongoing support and mentorship from experienced recruitment professionals.
