Investigo is a market leader in recruiting across multiple specialisms. In this role, you will be part of our Birmingham Technology & Transformation Recruitment team. We foster an entrepreneurial spirit, allowing you to build your own recruitment business within our organization. This position is suitable for a recruitment professional with at least 1 year of experience who seeks to join a consultative, high-performing company that supports career development and success.

The Role:

You will manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial contact to aftercare, focusing on delivering consistent performance with energy and accountability. Responsibilities include:

  • Candidate identification and interviews
  • Providing feedback and advising candidates
  • Market mapping and headhunting within specific candidate pools
  • Generating leads through relationship building
  • Communicating clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically, promoting fairness of opportunity

What we are looking for:

No prior experience is required, although career experience in any field is preferred. Training will be provided, especially if you are new to recruitment. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience communicating professionally
  • Possess 12 months or more of recruitment experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Have experience recruiting in Technology or Transformation sectors (advantageous but not essential)
  • Be driven and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Value working in a high-performance, culture-driven agency that appreciates every team member
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and professionalism
