Job Title: Construction Recruitment Consultant - Senior or Experienced

Location: Digbeth, Birmingham

Salary: To £32,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Hours: 0830 - 1600 - Monday - Friday

We're Integrate Resources Group - a fast-growing, high-energy recruitment business specialising in construction and engineering, focusing on large scale Infrastructure, Construction, Power / Process, Oil & Gas projects nationwide. With big growth plans, we're on the hunt for two experienced 360 Construction Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Digbeth.

What do we do?

1. Infrastructure & Construction: Heavy focus on local community / HS2 Construction projects providing temporary recruitment solutions.
2. Power / Process: We are key suppliers to some of the largest construction & maintenance organisations in the industry, providing temporary recruitment services.
3. Oil & Gas: We have a team dedicated to providing skilled mechanical trades to all of the UK's petrochemical plants - service, maintenance and construction.

Our Company:

1. £10 Million turnover
2. 4 branch network: Solihull, Digbeth, London, Bridgwater
3. Major projects ongoing throughout the country

The Role:

As a 360 Consultant, you'll take full ownership of your desk - managing everything from business development to candidate delivery. You'll be placing top construction talent across exciting new build and civils projects, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

What we're looking for:

1. Proven 360 recruitment experience in the construction sector
2. A natural flair for business development and client management
3. Strong candidate sourcing and interview skills
4. Confident, driven, and full of personality
5. Someone who wants to be part of something exciting and grow with us
6. At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience
