Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? Were looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in the transport and logistics sector, supporting clients across the Birmingham area.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles within the transport industry (e.g. HGV drivers, transport planners, traffic office staff)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively developing new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking
• Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including right-to-work and driver legislation
• Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector
• Conducting outbound sales calls, client meetings, and networking to grow your client base
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the transport or logistics sector
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to engage in business development and client acquisition
