Elvet Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to run a full 360° desk, recruiting white-collar permanent staff into a well-established client base within the construction industry. You will run your own desk, backed by a supportive team, modern systems, and a leadership style that trusts you to deliver.

You will build deep market knowledge, manage relationships with clients, win new business, and source, screen, and consult candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The Role
