Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in our Ashford Branch.

We will provide all the support and resources you need in your role and will help you develop your career. A variety of training sessions and courses are available for our employees.

Salary: 28K plus Bonus

Duties:
  1. Write adverts and post jobs online
  2. Pre screen candidates over the phone or face to face
  3. Interview and register suitable candidates
  4. Plan and book candidates for work based on the client needs
  5. Enter details onto CRM
  6. Assist with timesheets and payroll
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

Requirements:
  1. Good understanding of the recruitment process
  2. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  4. Ability to travel to client premises, ie own car - expenses paid
  5. Honesty and Reliability
  6. A strong work ethic
