You'llbeprotectingvulnerableworkers,keepingsitescompliantwithmodernslaverylegislation,managingskilledworkervisas,andmakingsureethicalstandardsareactuallylivedandbreathedacross15UKandIrelandlocations.
You'llowntherelationshipwithexternalauditors,managetheSEDEXplatform,carryoutsupplierduediligence,andtrainsiteteamstospotwarningsignsbeforetheybecomeproblems.Whenthingsdogowrong,you'llleadinvestigationswithexternalconsultantsandemploymentlawsupport.
Thisisaseniorrolewithrealautonomy.You'llreportdirectlytotheHRDirector,workacrossthebusinessateverylevel,andhavegenuineinfluenceoverhowthecompanyoperates.
