Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Hybrid)

The Role:

As our experienced Recruitment & Compliance Co-ordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. From ensuring compliance to delivering top-notch customer service, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

1. Take charge of back-office administration tasks with finesse and flair.
2. Be the gatekeeper of compliance, ensuring our candidates are ready to hit the road.
3. Forge strong relationships with candidates and clients alike through stellar communication.
4. Navigate the fast lane of multitasking, managing inquiries and deadlines with ease.
5. Champion our team ethos, stepping up to the plate whenever needed.
6. Support with back office administration tasks.
7. Ensure interim candidates have registered correctly and compliantly via our onboarding software before commencing assignment.
8. Obtain copies of identification and qualifications legally required from the interim candidate.
9. Deal with general queries regarding payroll from interim candidates.
10. Ensure Timesheets are sent and returned on time each week.
11. Maintain good relationships with interim and permanent candidates as well as clients when calling in.
12. Manage general telephone enquiries as appropriate.
13. Maintain accurate records.
14. Ensure excellent customer service through telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
15. Maintain passwords for all software and programmes.
16. Operate as a key member of the team, as well as on your own initiative when required.
17. In addition to these functions, you will be required to undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.
