Recruitment Co-ordinator - Morning Shift

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Recruitment Co-ordinator for an award-winning and successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a significant turnover. They provide temporary staff for many well-known companies in food and fresh produce, warehousing and distribution, FMCG, retail, airside, and home entertainment industries.

This is a busy contract where you will resource and recruit the temporary workforce for a large food distribution facility, providing warehousing and driving. You will build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure a suitable, quality workforce to meet demand across shift patterns.

Your hours of work will be 6am to 2pm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing shifts of workers
• Completing return to works
• Managing productivity
• Liaising with Training department to arrange training & inductions
• Collating data to prepare MI & KPI reports
• Adding workers to internal databases & systems
• General admin
• Attending client meetings

Qualifications

Educated to A-Level standard
