What would your role as a Care Professional be?

We are looking for a dynamic go-getter to work with our lovely clients in their own homes. We hire based on attitude, so no experience is needed. If you are compassionate, empathetic, and pass the loved one test, you could be the perfect candidate for us at Home Instead.

  • Every day will be different. If you are a good listener and a chatterbox, we are looking for you. Your role is to provide company and a good laugh for the clients you support.
  • Supporting clients with their morning routines, like assisting with showers, choosing clothing, or helping with toilet breaks, to start their day well.
  • If you can boil an egg, you're on the right path to supporting clients with meals and snacks.
  • Participating in light cleaning duties to help clients stay independent in their homes.
  • Medication support may be part of your role. No worries if you haven't done this before; we provide training and support.
  • Being a companion for clients, including taking them to appointments, coffee, or activities, to encourage independence and community involvement.
Qualifications
  • Set fixed rotas for a good work-life balance. Full-time and part-time roles available.
  • Competitive pay rates, increasing to £13.50 on weekdays and £13.80 on weekends from April 1st, with enhanced rates on Bank Holidays.
