- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or shopping trips
- Support clients with personal care activities, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
- Help administer medication as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
- Document and report on client's condition and care provided
- Adapt to changing client needs and schedules
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Compassionate and kind-hearted nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and reliability
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends
- Exceptional time management skills and punctuality
- Physical stamina to assist clients with daily activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a care setting
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area to reach clients
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (other transportation methods may be considered based on client needs and location)
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided
Additional Information

- Hourly rate from £13.15
- Paid mileage
