Job summary

Optimus Search, a specialist IT recruitment group, is seeking a German-speaking Recruitment Candidate Resourcer to join our London team. You will focus on finding, engaging, and placing outstanding candidates for top German clients, working closely with a top-billing consultant in a pure resourcing role.

No recruitment experience is required; we will teach you everything and help you grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Fluency in German and English is essential.

• Screen and interview candidates to match them to right roles; manage full candidate journey from contact to offer.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships to keep candidates engaged and informed.
• Deliver a five-star candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Now we're looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Candidate Resourcer to join our London team, working hand-in-hand with one of our top-billing consultants to dominate the German market. This is a pure resourcing role: your focus is finding, engaging, and placing outstanding candidates - no cold business development required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering directly with a top-performing consultant to deliver recruitment solutions for high-profile German clients
