Job description

As an established and rapidly growing company in the financial technology sector, this is an ideal time to join FNZ and progress your career. This exciting new role will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle within our UK region. The role will form part of our UKMEA Talent Acquisition team and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline, as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model into a business-aligned, value-adding function. In this role, you will truly be a key component in our recruitment strategy.

Specific Role Responsibilities
  1. Management of the full recruitment process.
  2. Build an effective local employment brand within the European market.
  3. Promote the FNZ brand at university careers fairs when required.
  4. Assist in building relationships with key stakeholders at targeted universities.
  5. Direct sourcing and headhunting of top talent adhering to FNZ standards.
  6. Act as a relationship manager between key local stakeholders and Talent Acquisition.
  7. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet business requirements.
  8. Implement direct sourcing strategies to ensure consistent results and high-quality hires at the lowest possible cost.
  9. Provide guidance to the business on recruitment market conditions, competitor hiring, and compensation information.
  10. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing recruitment.
  11. Track and report recruitment statistics and maintain our in-house recruiting system with high integrity and accuracy.
  12. Participate in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives, promoting best practices.
  13. Assist other FNZ locations with recruiting activities as required.
  14. Produce KPIs and metrics to monitor recruitment levels, cost per hire, time to fill, and source of hire.
Experience Required
  1. Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  2. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  3. Significant experience as a Recruitment Partner, preferably within an in-house recruitment model.
  4. Experience sourcing and hiring candidates across Europe is preferable.
  5. Experience recruiting within the FinTech sector is preferred.
  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent resourcing services.
  7. Organized and proactive, with a drive to deliver results and manage oneself effectively.
  8. High-impact communication skills—verbally, written, and in meetings.
  9. Collaborative and solutions-focused approach to achieve measurable outcomes that improve business performance.
  10. Consultative approach with the gravitas to influence key stakeholders.
  11. Experience in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures.
  12. Ability to quickly establish credibility and maintain positive, productive relationships with colleagues, business leaders, managers, and customers, understanding internal and external politics.
  13. Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment.
