A recruitment agency is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner in Southampton to provide strategic and operational recruitment expertise. This full-time role involves line managing a team, developing talent acquisition strategies, and optimising recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and align with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of employment legislation.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational recruitment expertise to support our hiring managers in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. You will play a key role in delivering an efficient, inclusive, and effective recruitment service that aligns with client values.
