Role Overview

Are you an ambitious, highly driven sales professional seeking a rewarding role that values your hard work and determination? Based at our Head Office in Darlington, we are looking for a dedicated, passionate Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, consultative sales professional with experience in winning business within the SME sector and permanent recruitment.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission, with an OTE of over £50,000, along with additional incentives. Commission is earned immediately, with further financial incentives to build a future pipeline. We offer flexible working to support work-life balance. Our office in Darlington. We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke service that exceeds standard recruitment expectations, leading to referrals and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on generating new business revenue across multiple permanent sectors.
  • Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Engage with decision-makers at all levels, from Managers to HR and Directors, through cold calling and B2B sales.
