Our in-house recruitment team plays an important part in ensuring Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary continues to deliver an outstanding police service for our communities. This is an exciting time to join our evolving team while we embed several key roles that will shape how we attract future talent across the organisation.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside our recruitment advisors, digital recruitment specialists, key stakeholders and the public, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our attraction, marketing and engagement methods. You will be required to attend recruitment events such as job fairs, open days, information events and assessment centres to promote HIOWC as an employer of choice and ensure we are attracting diverse talent across all our roles.
This is a unique opportunity where you will also support how we deliver our assessment centres and promotion processes, as well as exploring new initiatives with colleges and universities. You will require good communication skills and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with managers, stakeholders and the public. An understanding and working knowledge of relevant UK employment legislation would be useful, but is not essential to the role. Additional information: Role Profile
