Job summary

Evolve Selection is seeking a Recruitment Associate at our Wakefield head office. The role focuses on engaging candidates, promoting job opportunities, and contributing to commercial growth within pharma and life sciences sectors.

You will work with an experienced team to drive campaigns, build candidate pipelines, and deliver excellent service. This is a fast-paced, commercially minded position with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced recruitment, sales, or customer service.
• Confident and professional when speaking on the telephone.
• Demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive workload approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates and promote opportunities with the recruitment team.
• Promote vacancies by understanding candidate motivations and align to client roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records in internal CRM systems.
• Support targeted recruitment campaigns and candidate attraction activities.
• Handle incoming calls and candidate inquiries professionally.
• Prepare candidates for interviews using effective coaching techniques.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
