DH Gatwick is a multi-award-winning business supplying temps to Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, and surrounding areas.

We are looking to expand and need a recruitment consultant to join our team to help drive the growth of the business. The current focus is on the Driving sector (Van, Car, HGV, etc.), with plans to expand into another division within the next 6 months.

Recruitment experience is not essential; however, we value the right individual. The characteristics we seek are hardworking, driven, fun, and eager to progress. If you have experience in sales or customer service roles, we want to hear from you!

Job Details

1. Placing detailed and eye-catching adverts
2. Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
3. Calling applicants and booking interviews
4. Interviewing candidates
5. Must be able to drive and have own transport
6. Onboarding candidates, including referencing and data entry on an internal system
7. Booking and allocating drivers to assignments
8. Managing candidates and ensuring they have an excellent experience
9. Booking and attending meetings with existing and new clients
10. Business development within current clients and new prospects, providing exemplary customer service
11. Location: Crawley, West Sussex
