Xentrall Shared Services, a partnership between Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council and Darlington Borough Council, seeks two part-time Recruitment Administrators to join the team. You will support recruitment activities and coordinate vacancy advertising, liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
Role requires 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for home working. Right to work in the UK is required.

Xentrall Shared Services is a successful partnership between Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington Borough Councils, also providing services to a range of Schools and Academies across the Tees Valley.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient and customer focussed recruitment service.
You will work closely with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues, helping to deliver a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
You’ll also support Schools and Academies by advertising vacancies across Council and external platforms.
These are part-time positions, working 25 hours per week. To support our daily operations, the working pattern is Monday to Friday and applicants must be able to work across each of these days.
We can offer either a year-round contract or, for the right candidate, would consider a term-time only contract.
