Salary – competitive depending on experience

Hours – 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Holiday –23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)

About the Recruitment Assistant role

Due to significant growth, TC Group have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to support the in-house recruitment processes within the HR team.

Reporting to the Internal Recruitment Manager, this role will provide support to the internal recruitment team with all front end recruitment processes for direct employed staff.

What can you expect?

Working closely with the internal recruitment team, you will get involved with working with Partners and Senior Managers and given individual responsibility for delivering recruitment services to them.

You can expect to be drafting job adverts and job descriptions, managing the applicant tracking system to advertise on careers pages, job boards and social networks (eg LinkedIn), CV searching and screening CVs in line with job requirements and conducting first stage telephone interviews.

You will be expected to deliver an exceptional candidate experience through the creation of the job descriptions and adverts, as well as information sharing with candidates and understanding the motivation of your target audience. In addition, you will arrange interviews and follow up with candidates in terms of interview outcomes.

What we look for

You will enjoy working within a challenging and fast-paced environment, with a close and friendly team. To be successful in this role, you will be a strong and experienced administrator ideally from a similar background and used to managing a busy workload.

You must have excellent communication and organisational skills combined with the ability to use your initiative, multi-task and prioritise your own workload. A professional manner and proactive approach is crucial. Microsoft Office skills are essential.
