Description

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and screening applications.
  • Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
  • Support other HR-related tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
