A leading law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Recruitment Assistant for a 6-month contract. The role involves providing administrative support in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating assessments, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment and the ability to manage workloads effectively. Immediate availability is preferred.
Our client is an award-winning global law firm who have an exceptional reputation within Real Estate and M&A work. They are now looking for a hardworking and bright Recruitment Assistant on a 6 month contract basis to join their Leeds or Birmingham office.
The Recruitment Assistant primary responsibilities for the role is providing administrative support for the lateral recruitment of all fee-earning and non-fee-earning staff across all UK offices but mainly Birmingham and Leeds.
Key Duties Include:
The Recruitment Assistant will ideally be from an in-house recruiter, legal agency or professional services with experience of full lifecycle lateral recruitment. The right candidate will have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environments and be able to work credibly with senior stakeholders. Experience with MS Office Packages is essential. Along with possessing a flexible approach to working and the ability to manage own workloads.
