Job Opportunity: Recruitment Apprentice

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Recruitment Team. We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice to join our small but busy team.

You will be studying for a Customer Service Level 2 qualification and attend virtual tutor classes with Birmingham Metropolitan College.

Your role will include providing an effective and efficient administrative service to support the Recruitment Team and the wider HR function.

The role requires the ability to work within a busy environment, prioritize workload with accuracy, and meet deadlines.

As part of the Recruitment Team, you will be the first point of contact for candidates following a successful interview, providing support to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of the team.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for all general recruitment inquiries.
  3. Provide cover for colleagues as appropriate when required.
  4. Deliver customer-focused services to users.
  5. Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
