We're looking for a Regional Recruitment & Talent Manager within Loungers Ltd who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for site management positions in partnership with Operations Managers and Regional Operation Managers in our Northern region, from Liverpool across to Newcastle spanning circa 60 sites. You will help to recruit the best external talent in the market through strong attraction and candidate engagement whilst having a keen interest in talent planning.
You will be the recruitment expert, working in partnership with Operations and Regional Operations Managers, to fill priority vacancies as well as provide support for other hard to fill vacancies across the region. Not only will you hire great candidates, you will also play a vital role in driving down our turnover and understanding why people choose to leave us. At the heart of it you will be energized by finding the right talent, for the right roles through exceptional partnership and delivering a fantastic candidate experience from beginning to end. Not to mention playing a key part in our relentless new site opening programme!
