We're Hiring: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead – RPO Partner for Growing Brands
Are you a driven recruitment professional ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact? SJTalent Partners, part of SJGroup, is looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead a small, dynamic team supporting six innovative local brands across the digital marketing, tech, eCommerce, and manufacturing sectors — all within an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model.
This is more than just a recruitment role. You'll become a trusted partner and embedded resource for our start-up and scale-up clients, delivering tailored talent solutions that align with their business goals and growth strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in recruitment within agency, in-house, or RPO/MSP environments.
- A consultative, strategic mindset with proven ability to build and grow client relationships.
- Strong business development skills, especially in leveraging marketing, case studies, and social media.
- Track record of delivering a high-quality recruitment service across varied industries.
- Confidence in engaging with senior-level stakeholders and founders.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and your network.
- IT proficiency – including Outlook, Word, CRM tools, and Canva.
- Experience managing and mentoring others, with a desire to build and lead a growing team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the talent acquisition process for each client, from attraction and sourcing through to onboarding.
- Work directly with founders and senior leadership teams to build long-term hiring strategies.
- Deliver across all areas of talent acquisition: market mapping, advertising, role profiling, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Act as the face of SJGroup – nurturing and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide strategic insights and regular performance reviews to client stakeholders.
- Support and lead our digital content and employer branding strategy across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Take ownership of business development by showcasing our success stories, creating engaging content, and managing inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Lead and grow the SJTalent Partners team as we scale our RPO service offering.
