Are you passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment? We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 12-month initial contract.
Role Overview: As a key member of the recruitment team, you will support the full recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate recruitment transactions and queries across the UK business.
- Ensure the recruitment process is accurate, efficient, and well-documented.
- Provide exceptional organisational and communication skills to help guide candidates through their recruitment journey.

- Processing all recruitment transactional activities (contract queries and creation, workday and queries) through the relevant workflow tool.
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls — driving efficiency and corrective action as required.
- Working with the Recruitment team to manage responses for volume roles e.g., apprenticeships and Customer Service roles.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details.
- Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews.
- Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Raise offer letters for candidates & contracts.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees.
- Handle non-standard recruitment requests or issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Work within agreed SLAs on a right-first-time basis.
- Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring proper record-keeping and enabling accurate reporting.
Education/Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday and SAP HR.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
What's on Offer:
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Contract: Fixed-term 12 months — Temp to Perm.
Location: Chipping Sodbury.
Hours: 36.25 hours/week.
