We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Workforce Resourcing Team who will support developing a workforce for the future.
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will work within the Workforce Resourcing Team to provide a high-quality recruitment service to managers, staff, and members of the public. Your duties will include dealing with a wide range of enquiries via telephone and email, and data retrieval/input to online systems such as Talentlink and iTrent.
You will respond to recruitment enquiries, apply procedures to resolve problems, and ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly and appropriately, maintaining high levels of customer service.
You should be self-motivated, diligent in customer service, and able to plan and prioritize your workload.
