Job Title: Recruitment Advisor (Business Services)

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: up to £65,000 per annum

Our client is a premier global law firm renowned for its elite litigation, antitrust, real estate, and corporate practices. The firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and governments on high-stakes legal matters and complex transactions. The role

In your new role as a Recruitment Advisor, you will be supporting the global business services recruitment function for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process for all Global Services positions in the Europe, Middle East and Asia offices.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Partner with Global Recruitment team and local Directors of Administration to drive consistency across jurisdictions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards and other recruitment platforms.
  • Partner and build strong relationships with agency search firms.
  • Conduct phone screenings of candidates.
  • Extend verbal and written offers of employment and manage offer negotiations.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong experience working in a Business Services Recruiting role at a law firm.
  • Experience recruiting internationally.
  • Proven experience as an end-to-end recruiter, experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
